The goal of this study is to examine and identify the factors influencing customer attitude toward intention use digital wallets (electronic wallets, e-wallets) during after COVID-19 pandemic. A total 257 correctly fulfilled questionnaires from an online survey were summarized. main features e-wallet payment systems classified with a focus on consumer satisfaction via integration classic modern data analysis methods. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was preferred reveal dependencies between variables e-wallets users’ perspective. designed model can discover explain underlying relationships that determine e-wallets’ adoption mechanism. obtained results lead specific recommendations stakeholders in value chain processing. Financial regulatory authorities could employ presented planning development systems. E-commerce marketers utilize proposed methodology assess, compare select alternative way for order payment. E-wallet service providers establish reliable multi-criteria system evaluation wallet adoption. Being aware most important components value, managers more effectively run control platforms, enhance experience, thus improve company’s competitiveness. As perceived subjective dynamic, measurements should be conducted periodically.
